First, I wasn’t told I would have to pay a diagnostic fee. And even paying that, I wasn’t offered any resolution for my problem (which was with my wireless phone charger). It doesn’t work with my new iPhone or even with my old iPhone before I replaced it. Basically I was told in a nicer way “sucks to be you”. So I had to pay $184 for nothing. No fix to my issue. Thanks for that

Not Happy!! My car is not fixed! Taking time off to sit there and wait only to drive off with the car not remotely even fixed .. thanks for that!! Only 700. Dollars for nothing! Just my time and my money waisted! Clearly that’s your only care! When I call to report this all you can say is let’s have you come back for another diagnostic test…More time and more money! Why the car was considered fixed in the first place is beyond me. Apparently you don’t test drive after to make sure… of course not!! More time and more money😡

Ethan was very easy to work with and made the whole process pleasant. We looked around the lot and test drove a 2022 Equinox and a 2025 Trailblazer. Even though the 2025 Trailblazer had less additional features than the 2022 Equinox, we loved it because the extra features weren’t a priority for us. Although, we love the features it does have and it’s very comfortable for both my partner and I. We had bought our Nissan Rouge from your Nissan branch in 2019, in Jan we were in need of a new vehicle and test drove an Acadia- which is more vehicle than we need- we decided to wait for some better rebates and interest rates to come down. Bought a new traverse with only 2 miles on at purchase. At 34000 miles apparently needed alternator. Paid 1900 to have fixed. One month later due for inspection. Had a 930 appt. At 1030 a person came out and told me I needed windshield wipers in order to pass inspection, which my husband just replaced less than 3 weeks prior. Also the differential was going. After another hour was ready to go. Tried to use my GM points apparently that site wasn't working so unable to use. I have never had the problems with any vehicle like I have with my low mileage traverse bought brand new. This is not my first bad experience with the service department on Washington Street. Every time I brought the new car in there has been issues.

Was never shown my interest rate until I was in with the finance person. Pretty deceptive practice. My trade in paperwork was done and I was given a decent deal then they suddenly noticed an “error” that resulted in re-doing my trade-in offer and resulted in $5000 less than the previous offer. They did not show me the new offer next to the previous offer. Again this all felt very deceptive.

A Chevrolet dealership that sells corvettes took close to 2 hours for a inspection. Could not figure out how to get my 2006 Corvette on the lift. Finally someone decided to try a different lift, which worked. There were numerous fingerprints and hand smudges on the car. This is unacceptable. Don't they wear shop gloves anymore. I take lot of pride in my Corvette and take it to shows. I shouldn't have to clean my car when j get home. It was spotless when I pulled it in. Very disappointed.

We brought in our 2017 Equinox for an inspection, LOF, and tire rotation. Upon advice of service advisor, we added air cabin filter and engine air filter. We were notified later that day the work had been completed and the car had passed inspection. We didn't see it at first when we drove into the dealership as it had been parked a couple of rows away from the building. We completed paperwork and got in the car to leave only to hear a loud squealing sound. We drove a couple more feet and the loud noise continued. We returned to the service desk where Gerald told us someone would check it out. He later returned to say that the parking brake, which had been engaged as part of the inspection, did not fully release. Our question to Gerald, and subsequently to Sandy, Brie, and Jerry, was to ask how they could have passed the vehicle's inspection and driven it out to the lot without knowing, and hearing this problem. We never received a satisfactory answer. They were too busy explaining over and over that sometimes parking brakes fail in an inspection. They weren't listening to our concerns about why no one heard the noise and recognized that there was a problem. In fact, we got mixed stories as to whether the noise had been heard or not. It has made us question the reliability of Davidson's but, perhaps even more importantly, it has made us feel like we aren't valued as a customer. This isn't the first time recently that we have felt this way. In January, we happened to have the batteries on both of our Equinoxes die at the same time. We called Davidson's for an appointment and explained that we had no working vehicles. We were hoping that, as a loyal customer of a few years, something could be arranged to help us. Instead, we were told that they were booked for the next several weeks and nothing could be done. We understood that others had already scheduled appointments but hoped that, as a steady customer, and in this emergency situation, something would be offered to help. No help was offered. We have always felt that by being loyal to a business, we would receive loyalty from them. That has not happened with Davidson's. We will probably soon be replacing both vehicles. While we have been loyal GM customers, we will now quite likely consider other brands and dealerships. Friends and family have asked about our experiences with Davidson's. I always thought that when you had your vehicle serviced and an oil change that they topped off all your fluids.. well my service light was on for my windshield wiper fluid that was low so when I received my vehicle when they finished the light was still on and I had already left the facility so I called and they told me to come back on Monday and they would take care of it.. it just was frustrating because now I have to go all the way back up there which should not of been necessary! I’m sorry I normally do not complain but this was not acceptable because it made me think if they even serviced my vehicle at all! I’m very disappointed!

DISSATISFIED!! Bought a 22 Buick less than 24 hours of p/u it was towed to shop due to muffler falling off. The entire muffler system laying under the car in the driveway. Things went from bad to worse as we spent the next 7 days trying to get any customer service. This included calls to salesman, general managers and even a call to Eric Davidson that has yet to be returned. I’m told he’s very busy. Service was rude as hell when I went to p/u vehicle 7 days later. And marked the invoice to read odometer more than on the car. They are slick…..STAY AWAY!!

My vehicle failed inspection. I was told that I needed a laundry list of items addressed that very clearly didn’t need it. I was told my back windshield wiper was broken and rusted and didn’t work. I pulled out of the dealership and used the wiper. It was perfectly fine. I was also told that I had oil leaking. I just took my car and got that issue addressed so I know it wasn’t a problem. So frustrating. Trying to give me the run around on these issues.

You're constantly trying to sell us things we don't need to the point that we no longer trust anything you say. We came for warranty service off a VERY bad experience and were promised top notch customer service. You then told us (among other things) that a new engine air filter was recommended. According to my car's on-board info, my engine air filter is still at 40%! Coupled with the previous unprofessional (and actually almost criminal, trying to get me to pay for repairs on someone else's vehicle!), we feel like you're as crooked as any repair shop has ever been reported to be. If you're familiar with the story of the boy who cried wolf, that's exactly how we feel about you.

When I arrived, I was pleasantly greeted and shown where to go to wait for my truck. They offered beverages and a comfortable waiting area. My service included the installation of the KICKER tailgate stereo as it was not installed upon delivery. After install I left the dealer rather quickly due to having another appointment. After my 2-hour drive home I opened my tailgate to see the new accessory. Upon opening I heard a loud rattle in my tailgate which sounded like a loose bolt. I also noticed the back plate was not flush with the metal causing a large gap that would let water in. After removing the stereo backplate (which had loose bolts) I noticed that the amplifier was loose and could bounce around inside the tailgate. I found one mounting bolt in the bottom of the tailgate and no sign of the second one that holds the amp in place. All the wires were just stuffed in and not zip tied. The USB port wire to the amp had fallen out. All though there was no noticeable damage to the components I was able to correct all errors and get the stereo to function and appear proper. This type of service is unacceptable and very unprofessional for a trained certified technician. Maybe he had a bad day but when I spend that kind of money on a truck, I need professional service. This review is not to run down the technician but to bring to light the service quality in hopes to get them to slow down and give better quality work.

I brought in my truck for oil change service and an inspection. The truck didn't pass inspection because of brakes that were done last year by Davidson, and the oil change was never done. I waited over 2 hours for nothing to be accomplished. Now I am waiting to hear back from the service manager to find out about making the appointment and warrenty work for the brakes. I've left two messages and still no response since last Friday (It is now Wednesday). In a week, my current truck inspection will expire. Not a good experience at all!
